Mrs. Atere is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of CardinalStone Registrars. She holds a Chartered Insurance Qualification from Holborn College of Commerce, London.
Mrs. Atere has served in various executive capacities for over 30 years including those of City Securities Limited and Royal Exchange Assurance Plc.
Femi is a co-founder and Managing Director at CardinalStone Capital Advisers (CCA). Prior to CCA, Femi was a Founding Partner and Managing Director at CardinalStone Partners, where he served as the CEO of the firm, led the firm’s Investment Banking Division and drove two of the firm’s principal investments.
Prior to CardinalStone, Femi held roles at Goldman Sachs in New York and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Lagos.
Femi holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Michael is one of the founding partners of CardinalStone working currently as the CEO of CardinalStone and the Head of Investment Banking Division.
Prior to heading the Investment Banking Division, he was the Head of the Proprietary Trading Division of CardinalStone where he served for 8 years.
Michael served as a Director in the Global Markets Division at the London Offices of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB). Prior to joining SCB, Michael served as the pioneer Head of Corporate Finance at Vetiva Capital Management, he also worked briefly in the Corporate Finance Division of Access Bank Plc. Michael began his banking career at Investment Banking & Trust Company Limited (Now Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc).
Michael holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Benin, Nigeria and an MBA from Said Business School, Oxford University, UK. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Mohammed is one of the founding partners of CardinalStone and has served as the Head of Asset Management for the past 8 years.
Prior to joining the firm, Mohammed served as Director of Equity Securities at Renaissance Capital and served as Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer of Zenith Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Zenith Bank Plc. Mohammed began his professional career in the Finance and Treasury Department of Intercellular Nigeria Limited; soon after which he began his banking career at Investment Banking & Trust Company Limited (Now Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc).
Mohammed holds a B.Sc. in Insurance from the University of Lagos and an MBA from London Business School. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
Mrs. Motunde Dada
Motunde has over 32 years of relevant experience in the Capital Market Registrars industry and she served as the Registrar of CardinalStone Registrars.
Prior to joining CardinalStone, she served as the Registrar of UAC Registrars, Lagos.
She holds an MSc. from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, USA and she is a Fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars.
Ayoola Adeola was the former Chief Business Strategist of CardinalStone Registrars Limited. He is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in strategy, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisition, project finance, valuation and debt structuring.
Ayoola also served as the Deputy Managing Director for CardinalStone Registrars, where he led the team to provide support on high profile equity and debt capital raising transactions, capital re-organization/restructuring and mergers and acquisitions for leading players across several industries in Nigeria including financial services, oil and gas, manufacturing, consumer goods, insurance, etc.
Prior to CardinalStone Registrars, Ayoola served as the head of Structured Finance Unit at CardinalStone Partners, where he provided strategic advisory to leading private sector organizations on debt structuring, project finance, valuation and capital raising activities. He also held roles with Wizer Advisory, Zenith Bank Plc and Zenith Trustees Limited.
Ayoola holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (AMP 32 Programme) and the IESE Business School (CEP-AMP), Barcelona. He is a member of Council of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) in Nigeria.

Raymond has over 15 years cognate experience in Share Registration in the Nigerian Capital Market. His oversight spans Dividend Management, New Issues/Corporate Clients, Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Liaison & Reconciliation.
Raymond holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and is also an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars.
He is an alumnus of the IESE Business School (Pan African EMBA Module), Barcelona and currently an Executive MBA candidate of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.
Chief Business Strategist
Chinonso is the Chief Business Strategist of CardinalStone Registrars. Prior to joining CardinalStone Registrars, Chinonso was a Senior Investment Advisor at CardinalStone Asset Management and worked with United Capital Plc as an Investment Advisor, Ecobank Asset Management (EDC Fund Management Limited) and Asset & Resource Management Company with 15 years of relevant experience.
Chinonso holds a B. A in Mass Communication from Abia State University and is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria. She currently holds an MBA in view, from the prestigious Lagos Business School.
She is a non-executive director of CardinalStone Securities Limited.
Samuel has over 14 years of cognate experience in finance, accounting, and Share Registration in the Nigerian Capital Market. His oversight spans financial leadership, audit and compliance, and team leadership.
Samuel holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Lagos State University, Ojo. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria, an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars, and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Head, Client Relations & Digital Business
Adetoun has over 12 years cognate experience in Share Registration in the Nigerian Capital Market and she is currently the Head, Client Relations & Digital Business Division.
Prior to this position, she was the Team Lead, CSCS Liaison and Reconciliation Unit where she managed daily trade updates and reconciliation of clients’ register of members.
Adetoun holds a B.Sc. (Ed) degree (Hons) in Geography from the University of Lagos, Akoka and she is also an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars.
