When FCMB acquired Finbank, a reconstruction of shares was done, where it was agreed that 48 units of Finbank shares would be equivalent to 1 unit of FCMB shares.

Kindly inform your stockbroker to provide the following documents:

  • Current CSCS Statement of Account showing standard deposit approval
  • Settled Buy/Settled Sell

Your total shareholdings can be viewed on your stock account statement with the Registrar, as the statement sums up the units of your undematerialised shares and traded shares.

You are required to notify us immediately so that a caution can be placed on your account(s) to prevent any attempted fraud.

You would also need to engage your stockbroker to process the full dematerialization form for migration of your shares to your CSCS account.

Please find below the requirements for such requests:

  • Your stockbroker must execute the Section B on the full dematerialisation form which must be duly signed by two authorized signatories with their corporate seal affixed for direct crediting to CSCS
  • Attach your valid means of identification 
  • Attach a copy of your current CSCS Account Statement

You are required to engage your stockbroker to process the full dematerialization form on your behalf. Upon completion and verification by the Registrar, your shares would be migrated to CSCS.
